The Campus is the Head Office of the Yoma Group. It is located on the Pun Hlaing Golf Estate in Hlaing Tharyar. The Campus is one of the most modern office buildings in Myanmar and is located on the river front of the Hlaing River. Shuttle Service
The Campus runs a free shuttle service for staff to easily go between The Campus and Thamine Junction. The shuttle service runs from 10am to 8pm and leaves The Campus every 2 hours. The pickup and drop off locations are:

- FMI City
- YHE Headquarters
- Thamine Junction

Buggy Service
The Campus runs a self-drive buggy service for employees to move about the Pun Hlaing Estate. The Buggy can be used by Employees that have a driver’s license only. Access to a buggy is on a first come first serve basis. The key can be collected from Ground Floor reception
How to Book a Meeting Room
All meeting rooms can be booked online via the Outlook calendar. Meeting room capacities are listed on the booking system.
Mother’s Room
To support our female employees who are returning to work after giving birth we have a lactation room that female employees should feel free to use whenever they need. You can access the mother’s room with your employee ID card. Contact [email protected] is you wish to set this up? If you are visiting The Campus and do not have an ID card you can contact Ground Floor reception for access to the room. The room is comfortable and is set up with a sink, fridge for storing milk and has comfortable couches.
Canteen
The Campus offers a canteen for its employees which aims to bring good quality food options. The Canteen offers a breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack service. Employees pay by cash or enjoy the convenience of cashless payment with Wave.

The Pun Hlaing Estate has several restaurants which our employees can access. Many also offer employee discounts if you show your ID card or Yoma Connect App.

Nearby Shopping & Food Outlets
Located a short distance from the Pun Hlaing Estate is the Ocean Center and FMI Center. You can find convenient shopping options with a City Mart, Ocean, and many food outlets. Both these locations are a short 10-minute drive from The Campus.
ATMs
There is a Yoma Bank ATM located at the Campus opposite the Canteen. There are also ATM’s located at the Pun Hlaing Golf Club and Awei Metta on the estate.
Wave Pay Agent
There are Wave Pay agents located at the Pun Hlaing hospital and Country Store. Employees can use access cash in and cash out facilities at these two locations.
Community Garden

Shuttle Service
Star City runs a paid shuttle service for our residents to easily go between Star City and Yangon Central Railway Station. Star City staff can use shuttle service as Free of charge during office hours. The shuttle service runs from 7:30am to 5:30pm and leaves from Star City twice a day. The pickup and drop off locations are: City Mart – A1 & Rotunda – Zone B.

Pun Hlaing Clinic – located at A5 Building and Star City staff have to pay in cash only 20% of total billing amount for regular health treatment. And the balance amount of 80% will be settled by TED from the staff medical allowance K200, 000 per annum for each staff.

ATMs
There is a Yoma Bank ATM located at Yoma Bank, A2 Building. There are also MAB ATM’s located at the Sales Gallery for easy access of our customers and staff and management. The other ATMs such as UAB, MAB and KBZ are located at A1 Building adjacent to City Mart on the estate.
Organic Farm
Star City organic farm has been designed for the gardening pleasure to our residents where they can buy organic fresh produced at our country store and it is on-progress and the residents who visit and can borrow the set piece of land to grow their own plants at the organic farm. It is located next to Galaxy Sports Field and it is limited to use by our residents only.
River Park
River Park has been designed to include yoga/ outdoor gym area, a family BBQ, a contemplation zone and toddlers safe play area. The park will overlook the beautiful sunset against the river and is due to complete around the 4th quarter of 2020. The park is located between the organic farm and Flood Gate 1. This will open to public and will bring also the residents and employees of Star City a space to explore and unwind in the beauty of the nature that surrounds the estate.
