First day – What to expect
On your first day you will be welcomed by a member of the HR team who will take you through the onboarding formalities. This may include signing onboarding documents, setting up a Yoma Bank account and issuing you with uniforms and/or equipment that is necessary for your role. We encourage you to ask lots of questions.
Collecting employee information
The Yoma Group will collect your personal information that will be used to create your employee profile. Personal details will be kept confidential. You should notify HR if there are any changes to your employee details.
Orientation
Group HR run an orientation program for all new employees. Orientation is run on a monthly basis is Myanmar and every two months in English. You will be notified in your first week when your orientation session will be.
Probation
All Yoma Employee will have a 3-month probation period in line with Myanmar Labor Law. You should meet with your manager regularly in your first 3 months to assess your progress. At the end of your probation you will be notified via Yoma Connect when you have successfully passed your probation.
