Yoma Family Health Care

When you join the Yoma Group you will be covered under our Yoma Family Health Care program.  This includes our Group Medical Policy which provides cover for outpatient and inpatient medical treatment. It also includes access to the best medical care in Myanmar, though the Pun Hlaing Hospital and our Yoma Wellness Program. 

TeleHeatlth

You will benefit from having access to some of the best health care professionals in Myanmar through the Pun Hlaing Hospital (PHH).  As part of our commitment to Health and Wellbeing you will have access to the TeleHealth services offered by PHH.  The service is covered under the Yoma Family Health Care program and allows you to access a health care provider over the phone and have medicines delivered direct to your house.  It takes the burden out of traveling when you are feeling unwell. 

In addition, Yoma Employees will enjoy cashless service from PHH if they require treatment or hospitalization. 

AnarGat

The Yoma Group recognises the importance of women in the workforce and the impact that family and childcare can have on a female’s career.  To assist women at this stage of their life we have created the Anargat Program.

The Anargat program has 3 key focus areas:

Employees of the Yoma Group may enjoy the lower rate based on the car model and length of the rental period.

Yoma Car Share

All permanent employees of Yoma Group who have been employed for a continuous period of at least three months will be eligible for –

  • 15% discount on base rate.
  • Eligible for 4 times per annum.
  • This discount is not applicable for reservations on/over Public Holidays.
  • Must reserve with a Yoma Group email.
  • Staff must have a driver license.

Terms & Conditions

  • Prior approval from line manager is needed for Yoma Fleet employee.
